摘要
通过采用Ansys对工字型拼条及流道中特殊部位进行数值模拟和优化设计,给出了特殊部位数值模拟合理设计的数值方法。以具有代表性的流道形状(L型和T型)为例,以流道出口截面上各子区域的平均流速一致为目标,通过软件的数值模拟计算,对这些流道进行了结构优化设计,给出了合理的流道结构尺寸。
This paper uses Ansys to numerically simulate and optimize spell stripes and port of special parts and gives the numerical method of the special site numerical simulation reasonable design.It also takes the representative port shape(L and T-shaped) as an example and takes each branch area average flow velocity on port exit section as the goal,through the numerical simulation to present the software of optimization design of these ports,structure and provides the rational flow channel structure size.
