钢帘线生产过程中钢丝电镀电流密度有3种控制方式:阳极单控、阴极合控和阴极单控。阳极单控是控制每个电镀槽内阳极总电流的大小,使钢丝在通过各个槽体时的电镀电流密度都可控,适合在同一生产线生产同规格的钢丝,不同规格钢丝在同一镀槽会存在较大的电流密度差异,影响钢丝的质量;阴极合控是控制每根钢丝经过各个槽体的总电流,使每根钢丝的电流密度总体可控,适合在同一生产线生产不同规格的钢丝,但钢丝电镀时在每一段槽体内的电镀电流密度控制精度不高;阴极单控是控制每根钢丝在各个镀槽段的电流,使每根钢丝在通过各个槽体时的电流密度都可控,适合在同一生产线生产不同规格的钢丝,但需要的整流电源较多。给出各种控制方式的控制示意图,并就具体的生产控制过程进行说明,指出钢帘线生产企业应根据产量选择电镀生产线钢丝电流密度控制方式。
There are 3 control ways of steel wire electroplating current density during steel cord production: anode single control, cathode combined control and cathode single control. Anode single control is to control every plating bath' s total current data, and make control of steel wire' s current density in all baths ; suitable for producing the same standard wire in the same production line, while different wire in the same path would cause big current density and influence steel wire' s quality. Cathode combined control is to control the total current of every wire in every path, and make control of every wire' s current density ; is suitable for producing different standard wire in the same production line, but with low electro- plating current density control in every path during steel wire' s plating. Cathode single control is to control every wire' s current in different plating section, and make control of every wire' s current density during every path; is suitable for pro- ducing different standard steel wire in the same production line but need more eliminator power. Give the control pictures of different control ways, describe as to the specified production control process, and point out steel cord production enterpri-ses should choose the control ways of current density by output.
