介绍从意大利CONTINUUS公司购买的PC钢绞线生产线监控系统改造过程。针对原进口设备监控系统硬件出现故障,软件国内没有,工控机已经淘汰,备件难购,价格较高且采购周期长的问题,利用STEP7 V5.4编程软件在原PLC硬件配置中添加一个SIMATIC HMI触摸屏TP270,并通过原监控系统中的数据库和PLC程序中的FC,DB块进行逐一查找、对比,找出需连接的变量和报警点。通过SIMATIC ProTool组态软件重新设计的绞线机监控系统,将所有的监控点和控制回路组态成画面,并全部改为中文显示,界面直观,运行设备的生产参数监控、设置,以及停机保护报警一目了然,操作简单方便。

To introduce PC steel strand monitoring system reform process, which bought from Italian CONTINUUS company. As to previous import equipment＇ s hardware breaking down, no software support in China, no IPC, and hard to buy replacement part, below solutions were found： to add a SIMATIC HMI touch screen TP270 in previous PLC hardware by using STEP7 V5.4 programming software, then search, compare and find out variable and alarm point that need to connected by previous monitoring system＇ s data base and FC, DB section in PLC program. Through SIMATIC ProTool redesigned wire strand monitoring system, making all monitoring points and control loop to pictures and in Chinese, direct display to show production parameter and setting-up. It is easy to operate and to use pause, protection and alarm system.
