摘要
针对钢铁类产品的电解抛光溶液滴定终点难以确定,实测与理论计算不符,及加入掩蔽剂试验复杂且结果不准确等问题,配制不锈钢抛光溶液进行分析测定。给出不锈钢抛光溶液的工艺参数:磷酸850~1 000 g/L,硫酸250~350 g/L,铬酐50~60 g/L。配制磷酸质量浓度862 g/L,硫酸质量浓度262 g/L,铬酐质量浓度60 g/L的不锈钢抛光溶液,介绍铬酐、硫酸、磷酸的测定方法和结果,实际测定值为磷酸质量浓度857.5 g/L,硫酸质量浓度257.2 g/L,铬酐质量浓度59.2(方法1),58.4 g/L(方法2)。其测定值和理论值基本一致。
Since it is hard to judge steel wire product' s electrolytic polishing solution drop point' s destination, actual test cannot meet theoretical calculation and experimental result inaccurate, etc. problems, so author confected stainless steel polishing solution to analyse. To give technological parameter of stainless steel polishing solution as below: phosphoric acid 850 - 1 000 g/L. sulfuric acid 250 - 350 g/L, chromic anhydride 50-60 g/L. To confect stainless steel polishing solution with phosphoric acid mass concentration 862 g/L, sulfuric acid mass concentration 262 g/L, chromic anhydride mass concentration 60 g/L. To introduce the measuring method and result of chromic anhydride, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, actual measured value are phosphoric acid mass concentration t357.5 g/L, sulfuric acid mass concentration 257.2 g/L, chromic anhydride mass concentration 59.2 g/L( method 1 ) ,58.4 g/L( method 2), the testing result is nearly equal to theoretical data.
