摘要
创新型人才培养是建设创新型国家的关键,也是国家中长期人才发展规划纲要的核心议题。国内外相关文献从心理特征、思维特征、个人能力等多方面对创新型人才的素质进行了定义和研究。在综合各相关研究成果基础上,提出基于智商—情商—逆商的创新型人才素质结构模型,对研究创新型人才培养具有重要的理论和实践价值。
Innovative talent training is an essential factor in building an innovation-oriented country,also the core issue of the National Program for long-term talent development.Many relevant literatures at home and abroad defined and studied the innovative talents＇ qualities from the psychological characteristics,the way of thinking,personal abilities and other aspects.This article sums up both Chinese and international researches,then establishes an innovative talents＇ quality structural model which based on the IQ,EQ,and AQ.It has great theoretical and practical value for the study of innovative talent training.
