大型珠宝产品的虚拟制造研究

摘要 大型珠宝产品正式生产加工前都有一个试制过程,传统制造技术是通过多次实样模型试制来演示产品的结构和外观,该方法存在试制费用高、研制时间长、制造成本缺乏可预测性、经验是产品成功的关键因素等不足.针对上述问题,本文将虚拟设计虚拟制造方法引入大型珠宝制造中,运用UG软件构建大型珠宝产品的三维立体模型,通过计算贵金属体积和宝石镶嵌层表面积预测产品制造成本,解决了大型珠宝产品成本估算的难题.设计了实样模型与虚拟制造相结合的试制方案,实现预测产品的结构、外观效果、制造成本和可制造性,优化了试制过程,降低了制造成本,极大地提高了产前准备的效率. There is a trial process before formally producing a large jewelry.The traditional manufacturing technology demonstrates the structure and appearance of products through many actual sample models,which brings some shortcoming such as the high cost,time consuming,unpredictable cost and experience dependent.To solve the above problems,the virtual manufacturing and designing method is introduced to a large jewelry manufacturing.The UG software is used to reconstruct the three dimensional model,the manufacturing cost is predicted by calculating the volume of precious metals and surface area of precious stones inlaid floor.A trial scheme combining a physical model and virtual manufacturing is then designed,which can predict the structure,appearance effectiveness,manufacturing cost and manufacturability of a jewel product,as well as optimize trial process,reduce manufacturing cost and greatly improve the efficiency of pre-prepared.
