摘要 人类的健康不完全是靠医药、营养来维护,而体育锻炼是促进人类健康的重要因素之一.中老年参加体育锻炼,应根据自己的生理特点、身体健康状况,有目的,有计划的选择和确定锻炼的内容,方法,合理安排锻炼的时间和运动量,才能收到良好的效果. Health cannot be maintained only by medicine or by nutrition, while physical training is one Of the main factors that contribute to it. Both the middle aged and the aged should take into account their physiological characteristics and health conditions before they choose and decide the proper forms and ways of physical training. Besides they should arrange the time and quantity of physical training reasonably in order to have good effect.
