摘要
简述了海南农垦橡胶树风灾保险及其实践,从保险双方合作的约束条件、保险条款、理赔效果和胶工投保需求等方面分析存在的问题,提出改进优化风灾保险、提高风灾保险管理水平、提高风灾保险补贴的效能、加强与胶工的信息沟通等相应的对策。
Practice of rubber tree windstorm insurance in Hainan State Farms is outlined.The problems of constraint factors of cooperation,insurance terms,insurance effects and demand of tappers are analyzed.Then four countermeasures are proposed： improving the optimization of windstorm insurance,improve the management level and insurance subsidies performance,enhance communication with the tappers.
