光学支声子模对谱线热增宽的影响

摘要 本文研究发现光学支声子模对谱线热增宽有一定影响.尤其随着温度升高,光学支对热增宽贡献愈加明显.本文从理论上推导出光学支项的计算公式,然后全面考虑声学支和光学支对MgO:Cr^(3+)R线热增宽的贡献,并进行拟合计算,计算结果与实验结果符合很好. This paper,we discovered that temperature linewidth is influenced by the optical branch. Particularly,the optical branch make a notable impact as temperature increasing. In theoretically,we have derived the calculated formula of the optical branch,then,taking into account the contribution of the acoustic branch and optical branch to thermal width of the R line of MgO : Cr3+,We had fitting calculation,the calculated results are agreed well with the experiments.
