“条带”、“点状跳跃”模式的“大保定”城市空间发展思路分析

Analysis on "Big Baoding" Urban Space Development in Style of "Strip" and "Dot-Shape Leaping"

"一城三星"理念下的"大保定"建设需要在更大空间内对城市发展进行设计。在"小马拉大车"的发展瓶颈下,保定的城市空间拓展采取"摊大饼"方式由核心地带均匀向外围空间蔓延并非理性选择。"大保定"的构建需要采取"条带"、"点状跳跃"模式的空间蔓延机制。这不仅会使得保定城市空间在短时间内得到拓展,而且可以有序分解保定的城市职能到邻近的核心村镇。在西部山麓和东部高速公路的发展约束下保定的发展选择应该是沿交通干线沿"东北-西南"方向进行条带状拓展,虽然短期内保定的外围空间呈现对称发展状态,但从长期看不对称的"条带状"发展格局是大势所趋。

It is necessary for the urban development of ＂big Baoding＂ to be designed in a broader field based on the idea of ＂One city three stars＂.Being limited by the situation of ＂big cart pulled by little horse＂,it is not a reasonable choice for Baoding urban space to expand in a way of ＂cooking big cake＂ in which is developed equally from the core area to the margin.＂Strip＂ and ＂dot-shape leaping＂ mode must be the developing dynamics for ＂big Baoding＂ growth.In this way,Baoding city can rapidly develop in a short period.Meanwhile,Baoding＇s function can be decomposed and many functions can be burdened by the core village and town around Baoding.With the restriction of western mountains and eastern highway,Baoding＇s developing trend must be in the direction of ＂northeast-southwest＂.Although the periphery space is symmetry in a short time,but in the long run ＂strip＂ developing trend is the definite trend.
