从南山集团看我国乡村企业制度变迁

An Analysis on the Institutional Change of Rural Enterprises from the Case of Nanshan Group

乡村企业是改革开放以来涌现的最为突出的新生事物,其由小到大的发展体现的是一个制度变迁的过程,从个别乡村企业的案例归纳整个乡村企业制度变迁的共性无疑是有意义的。针对山东南山集团的个案进行研究,并归纳了其发展过程中所体现的乡村企业制度变迁的一般理论,认为强势人物、非正式制度和实施机制在乡村企业发展初期是极为重要的。

Rural enterprise,as a new form of economy,has emerged since the reform and opening,and its development is a process of institutional change.It is meaningful to conclude a general characteristic of the process of rural enterprise＇s institutional change by a case study.In this paper,the case of Nanshan Group in Shandong province was studied,and some general theory of institutional change of rural enterprise was concluded.The writers believe that the outstanding figures,the informal institutions and the enforcement systems are important for the rural enterprise,especially at its early development stage.
