摘要
通过实验得到了实际工业生产的7050铝合金L形挤压型材的横断面上晶粒尺寸的分布状态。然后运用DEFORM-3D软件模拟具体挤压过程,得到等效应力分布。结果表明:实际所得晶粒分布与模拟结果吻合较好。等效应力在L形挤压料周边部集中,使得这部分的晶粒尺寸较挤压料中部细小,为进行7050铝合金组织性能的模拟研究奠定了基础。
Grain distribution state in cross section of 7050 aluminum alloy was investigated by industrial production in the paper.The extrusion process was simulated by DEFORM-3D software to study equivalent stress distribution.The results show that the actual grain distribution is in good agreement with the simulation results.
