风险时代的大众传媒与食品安全——一个基于实证研究的视角 被引量:2

摘要 伴随着互联网的全球化,人类正行走于一个高风险的社会。本文通过对风险社会食品安全问题的考察,通过对近期频繁出现的食品安全事件中媒体的处理方式进行分析,在此基础上深化对由此引发的危机公关与媒体报道关系的认识和理解,并尝试着提出规制。
