性别和年龄对脑干听觉诱发电位的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析性别及年龄对脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的影响。方法对50例健康成人(100耳)进行BAEP检测,线性回归分析各波潜伏期及峰间期与年龄、性别、左右耳的关系。结果成人BAEP左右耳无差别,Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期及Ⅲ-Ⅴ峰间期与年龄呈正相关(P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期与性别有关(P<0.05),尤其是Ⅴ波潜伏期相关性较高。结论性别及年龄是影响BAEP的两个主要生理因素,在应用BAEP时需考虑这两个因素的影响。
