Psychological Analysis of the P. E. Practice Teacher's Nervousness

统计了本校88届至94届体育实习生在教育实习中的教学情况，对其教学进行心理分析，试图从实习生教学。心理失态现象入手，对如何具备良好的教学心理作一探讨，提出了教学心理训练的重要性和必要性及教学心理训练的几种方法。实践证明，良好的教学心理准备是获得良好的教学效果的前提。

We have looked into the practice teaching of the P. E. students from Grade 88 to Grade 94 of our college, and psychologically analysed the nervousness in their pratice teaching in order to approach good teaching psychology. We suggest that it is important and necessary for the P. E. students to get their teaching psychology training before they do practice teaching. We put forward some useful ways to train students. Practice has proved that if a P. E. practice teacher is in good teaching psychology, he will achieve good results.
