心电病理信号的去趋势波动分析

Detrended Fluctuation Analysis of Pathological Cardiac Signals

摘要 心电病理信号的分析对于辅助临床诊断具有重要的意义。本文利用去趋势波动分析(DFA)方法分析正常心律、充血性心力衰竭和心脏性猝死的心电(ECG)信号的自相似特性,以实现充血性心力衰竭和心脏性猝死这两种心电病理信号的检测。通过对MIT-BIH标准数据库中的正常心律、充血性心力衰竭和心脏性猝死的DFA方法进行分析和检测,得到这三种信号的尺度指数α,方差分析表明可据此区分充血性心力衰竭和心脏性猝死。 The analysis of pathological electrocardiogram(ECG) signals is of importance for aided clinical diagnosis.We analyzed the self-similarity of normal heart rhythm,congestive heart failure and sudden cardiac death signal in the present paper using detrended fluctuation analysis(DFA),in order to achieve these two pathological ECG signal detection.The scale index(α) was achieved by analyzing and detecting normal heart rhythm,congestive heart failure and sudden cardiac death in the MIT-BIH standard database.Analysis of variance showed that the scale index could distinguish between congestive heart failure and sudden cardiac death accordingly.
