高效液相色谱法测定鼻窦炎口服液中栀子苷含量

Determination of Geniposide in Nasosinusitis Oral Solution by HPLC

目的建立鼻窦炎口服液中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。以岛津Shimpack VP-ODS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸(12∶88)为流动相,柱温25℃,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长为238 nm。结果栀子苷进样量在0.235～1.767μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9(n=6);平均加样回收率为99.11%,RSD=0.67%(n=6)。结论该方法灵敏、简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于鼻窦炎口服液的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for geniposide contents in Nasosinusitis Oral Solution.Methods The HPLC method was adopted and the Shimpack VP-ODS C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used at 25 ℃.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid（12 ∶88） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 238 nm.Results The linear range of calibration curve was 0.235-1.767 μg for geniposide（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery rate was 99.11%,RSD=0.67%（n=6）.Conclusion The methods is highly sensitive quick and accurate with good repeatability,which can be used for the quality control of Nasosinusitis Oral Solution.
