高效液相色谱法测定乳核消胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量

Determination of Icariin Content in Ruhexiao Capsule by HPLC

目的测定乳核消胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Water Symmetry C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(40∶60)为流动相,检测波长为270 nm。结果淫羊藿苷进样量在0.22～2.20μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.86%,RSD为0.69%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于乳核消胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To determine the content of icariin in Ruhexiao Capsule.Methods The HPLC method was adopted and the Water Symmetry C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water（40 ∶60）.The detection wavelength was at 270 nm.Results The calibration curve of icariin was linear in the range of 0.22-2.20 μg（r=0.999 8）,the average recovery rate was 98.86%,RSD 0.69%（n=6）.Conclusion This methods is simple and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Ruhexiao Capsule.
