减肥药物不良反应文献综合分析

Analysis of the Adverse Drug Reaction of Anti-Obesity Agents

目的系统分析1978年至2010年国内减肥药物不良反应文献,为临床用药和相关政策制订提供参考。方法采用文献计量学方法,对检索出的中国生物医学文献数据库中减肥药物不良反应文献进行评价与分析。结果不良反应文献共111篇,涉及10种减肥药物,其中报道较多的依次为西布曲明、芬氟拉明和奥利斯他。结论减肥药物的不良反应涉及因素较多,具体原因还有待进一步探讨。

Objective Analyzing the papers about the adverse drug reaction（ADR） of anti-obesity agents since 1978 to 2010,in order to provide reference to clinical medication as well as the related policy making.Methods Retrieving the papers about the ADR of anti-obesity agents in the database CBM,Applying bibliometric statistical method to analysis and evaluate these papers.Results A total of 111 papers about ADR were reported,these papers were about 10 anti-obesity agents.Sibutramine were reported mostly.Conclusions the ADR of anti-obesity agents were concerned by more and more people,especially the health workers,the ADR is related to many factors,the specific causes remain to be further explored.
