摘要
目的了解医院二类精神药品的使用情况,促进合理用药。方法以限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标,对2007年1月至2009年12月医院门急诊15 474张二类精神药品处方进行统计分析。结果 9种二类精神药品中,8种药品的DUI<1.00,1种药品的DUI>1.00。结论该院二类精神药品使用基本合理。
Objective To study the utilization of psychotropic substancesⅡin our hospital so as to promote its rational administration.Methods Investigation and analysis of 15 474 psychotropic substances Ⅱprescriptions for outpatients and emergency patients which were prescribed from Jan.2007 to Dec.2009 in our hospital were conducted using daily defined dose（DDD）and drug utilization index（DUI）.Results Among the 9 kinds of psychotropic substances Ⅱused,the DUI of 8 kinds were less than 1.00 and the DUI of 1 kind was greater than 1.00.Conclusion The utilization of psychotropic substances Ⅱis basically rational in our hospital.
