为培养合格的中小学《写字》课师资力量,需要挖掘发现高师书法特长生特点,并科学合理设计培养高师书法特长生方案,使其深化兴趣,树立目标;了解书法史知识,提高书写水平;加强多方面修养;加强创作能力培养。

In order to cultivate qualified teachers of calligraphy for elementary and secondary schools, the author analyzes characteristics of teachers＇ college students talented in calligraphy, and proposes a method for cultivating such students.
