呼吸过滤器对常规肺功能检测的影响观察

摘要 目的探讨使用呼吸过滤器进行肺功能检查时对气道阻力及其它肺功能指标的影响。方法选择健康战士50名,每个受检者分别不使用和使用呼吸过滤器,进行常规肺功能检测,测定以下指标:FVC、SVC、FEV1、FEFMax、FEF25%、FEF50%、FEF25%~75%、FEF75%、MVV和气道阻力(Raw)。比较两种方法的差异。结果使用呼吸过滤器进行肺功能检测时气道阻力明显大于不使用呼吸过滤器,两者比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。其他肺功能指标两种方法比较结果无显著性差异。结论使用呼吸过滤器增大肺功能测试时受检者的气道阻力,但对其他肺功能指标无明显影响。
