肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病1例 被引量：1

摘要 肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病（pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis,PLAM）是一种罕见的病因不明的弥漫性肺部疾病。最早由Burrell等于1937年报道。现报道一例PLAM,就其临床资料进行分析,合并文献学习,提高对该疾病的认识,探讨该疾病的治疗方法。患者,女性44岁,已婚已育,育有一女。2009年6月14日因咳嗽伴气促1周入院。入院前胸片及B超提示左侧胸腔积液,先后两次行胸穿检查,胸腔积液均呈乳白色。胸水常规白细胞分类以淋巴细胞为主。胸水未找到肿瘤细胞,
