摘要 选取5种杀虫剂防治杨干象,杨干象杀死率及排序:2%高效氯氰菊酯(杀死率95.09%)〉40%氧化乐果乳油(杀死率88.06%)〉氯氟.毒死蜱(杀死率82.27%)〉10%灭多威+10%辛硫磷(杀死率80.19%)〉2%阿维菌素(杀死率55.53%).对杀虫剂在树干中的残留浓度分析发现:氧化乐果在整个树干中的残留浓度比较均匀;阿维菌素则随高度增加残留浓度迅速减少,到距注药孔1.5 m高度后浓度趋于稳定.利用染色标记法研究了杀虫剂在银中杨树干中的输送轨迹,发现其呈扇状螺旋式上升;为使药液均匀分布于树干中,注药时应使注孔尽量接近地表,以均匀分布2~3个注孔为宜. To select five kinds of pesticides to control Crptorrhynchus lapathi L.,kill rate and capacity showed that 2% beta-cypermethrin(kill rate 95.09%)40% omethoate(kill rate 88.06%) Chlorine fluorine·chlorpyrifos(kill rate 82.27%)10%methomyl+10%phoxim(kill rate 80.19%)2% avermectin(kill rate 55.53%).Residue concentration of pesticide in Populus alba×P.berolinensis trunk was different.Residue concentration of omethoate was more uniform.Residue concentration of avermectin was rapidly declined with the increase of trunk height,however,it became stable above 1.5 m height.The transport patterns of Populus alba×P.berolinensis was sartorially radial and spiral ascending manner.We should close to the ground and evenly distribute 2 or 3 holes when we drill holes for trunk injection of pesticides.
