摘要
对区域生态补偿机制进行了探讨,研究了通榆河生态补偿机制的实施情况,分析了实施区域生态补偿机制对扬州市产生的影响,并提出了相应的对策.
The regional ecological compensation mechanism is discussed,and the implementation of the ecological compensation mechanism of Tongyu River is studied.The effects of the implementation of regional ecological compensation mechanism on Yangzhou city are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
