摘要
随着人们对多发性骨髓瘤研究的逐步深入,发现MM细胞的生长、生存及耐药、迁移与与骨髓微环境和血管生成关系密切机关,本文从促血管生成因子。IL-6在血管生成中的作用,骨髓瘤与骨髓基质相互作用,及抗血管生成治疗方面。
With the progressive development of study on Multiple myeloma,people find MM cells' growth、 suviral and resistance are closely related with angiogenesis and bone marrow microenvironment.This article,frome the sicles of proangiogenic factors、the activity of IL-6 in angiogenesis、the activity between bone marrow stromal and myeloma cells and antiangiogenic therapy.illustrates the relent progress study on angiogenesis in MM bone marrow microenvironment.
