摘要 细胞通过相互交流和改变自身的微环境来维持一种平衡状态,当微环境恶化时,比如组织缺氧,能增加肿瘤发生的危险。由于肿瘤细胞异常快速增殖,缺氧成为了实体肿瘤的主要特征之一。最近研究表明肿瘤细胞因缺氧导致相关信号通路激活,引起肿瘤细胞侵袭、转移、粘附和血管再生等。而调节细胞外基质的赖氨酰氧化酶(lysyl oxidase,LOX)是缺氧诱发肿瘤中促进肿瘤发展微环境形成的重要因素,有望成为治疗肿瘤转移的新靶点。 Cells through interaction and change their microenvironment to maintain a state of equilibrium.The microenvironment deterioration,such as hypoxia,may increase the risk of tumors.Because abnormal rapid proliferation of tumor cells,hypoxia became one of the main features of solid tumors.Recent studies have shown that tumor cells caused by hypoxia-related signaling pathways activated,causing tumor cell invasion,metastasis,adhesion and angiogenesis.Lysyl oxidase(LOX),which mediates extracellular matrixis remodeling,is an important factor to promote tumor development in hypoxia tumor microenvironment.SO it is expected to be a new target for treatment of cancer metastasis.
