摘要
傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)在难以制备的样品、无损检测及表面信息的获取等方面具有独特的优势。本文对傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)的基本原理、特点及应用进展进行了较为全面的综述,对从事此方面相关工作的研究具有一定的参考价值。
Attenuated total internal reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR) as a family member of the infrared spectroscopy has unique advantages in analysis for hard preparation,nondestructive sample and surface information.This paper fully reviewed the fundamentals,characteristics,application and developments of ATR-FTIR,which may give same reference for researchers interested in relevant work.
