Research on Improving Macro-control Legal System of Sports for All Venues

大众体育运动场地是发展大众体育的载体。文章通过分析我国大众体育运动场地的现状,提出了目前我国大众体育运动场地发展中存在的问题并分析其原因,最后,从完善相应鼓励制度、加快出台公共体育设施对外开放的法律法规、完善促进欠发达地区公共体育场地发展的法律法规三方面提出了我国大众体育运动场地宏观调控法制完善的对策。

The article proposes sports for all venues problems and analysis the reasons by analysis the status of sports for all venues of china,and proposes the ways on improving the appropriate incentive systems and formulating of laws and regulations of public sports facilities opening to peoples and perfecting sports for all laws and regulations in developing areas to improve the macro-control legal system of sports for all venues.
