摘要
社区矫正作为与监禁矫正相对的行刑方式,凭借其能促进罪犯更好回归社会的矫正效果,已成为当今刑罚改革发展的趋势。其中,检察院的监督职能不可或缺。只有在检察机关更好地发挥其监督职能的前提下,才能使社区矫正整个体系得到良好地运行。
To be one kind of punishment way as opposed to imprisonment,community corrections has been a trend for the sound correction effect.In this kind of corrections,the supervision function of procuratorate organs can not be neglected.The whole system of community corrections would operate well on the premise of supervision function of procuratorate organs takes play well.
