摘要
证人是诉讼活动的参与人,对于查明案件事实有着重要意义。我国的证人保护制度应明确规定证人的对象范围和具体保护措施。同时,要提高办案人员的整体素质和保密意识。此外,还要消除传统社会文化的消极影响,培养民众正确的法制观念。
Witness is the important affiliated person in judicial actions.They are of significance to investigate cases.This system should realize the protective range of witnesses,set up the specific protective measures.At the same time,to improve this system,the quality and security awarness of whole officers should be enhanced,the negative influence of traditional social culture should be cleared up,the legal idea of public should be developed.
