摘要
分析了ISO140011996版与2004版4.3.1环境因素的区别,介绍了识别能够控制的或能够施加影响的环境因素的具体方法,举例介绍了重要环境因素的识别、控制与改善。
The difference of ISO14001 1996 version and 2004 version in article ＂4.3.1 Environmental factor＂ was analyzed. Methods of identifying controllable or manageable environmental factors were introduced, and examples were given to identify, control and improve the important environmental factors.
