某油田作业区HSE培训管理现状研究与思考

Study on the Current Situation of the HSE Management for an Oil Field Operation Area

通过实地考察,采用现场观察、员工访谈、文件与记录调阅的方法,收集了某油田作业区HSE培训管理方面的信息,用OPPT方法对HSE培训管理现状进行了分析、研究,得出了该作业区HSE培训管理好的做法和不足,并提出了改进意见。

The training management information on HSE of an oil field operation area was collected by using field visits, on-site observation, staff interviews, documents and records. The current situation and deficiency of HSE training management was analyzed by OPPT method, and improvements were proposed.
