领导干部人文素养的缺失,削弱了党的执政能力。领导干部必须具备的人文素养应包括马克思主义理论、西方的某些普世价值和中国古代许多有益的思想。要提高其人文素养,必须从学习人文知识和建立健全选拔机制等方面入手。

Instantly the deficiency of humanistic literacy of leading officials is more and more serious.It weakens governance capability of CCP.Leading officials should contain following humanistic literacy： Theory of Marxism,universal value from the west and much thought from ancient Chinese.To improve humanistic literacy of leading officials,they should study general knowledge,and society should build sound organizational system of selection.
