农民工创业政策支持体系成效分析及对策

An Analysis of Effectiveness and Strategies of Policy Support System for Migrant Workers Entrepreneurship

农民工返乡创业是农村劳动力转移的高级形式,也是现代城乡经济运行的一种新形式。地方政府出台的扶持政策措施,主要有金融支持政策、创业培训政策、创业服务宣传措施等。通过对江西省永丰县的政策支持体系实施成效进行个案调研,发现当前的政府支持体系还存在金融政策优惠不足、培训内容针对性不强、创业服务体系不够到位等问题,政府应该适时调整创业扶持政策以便更好地解决农民工就业问题,促进县域经济的协调发展。

Migrant Workers Entrepreneurship is an advanced form of rural labor transfer,which provide many employment opportunities for other migrant workers,and become a new economic operation of modern urban and rural.The local government subsequently draws up many policy measures to support the business of migrant workers,which mainly include financial support policies,entrepreneurship training policy,business services,and so on.A case study of Yongfeng county of Jiangxi province studies,the effectiveness of entrepreneurs are investigated and analysis,many problems were found that lack of government financial support,weak targeted training,inadequate business service system.Finally suggestions and strategies were provided for the government to adjust policies to better support business employment of migrant workers,solve problems migrant workers jobs and improve the economic coordinated development of county.
