随着外籍教师数量的大幅度增加,建立专门的外籍教师教学质量的评价体系的重要性逐渐凸现。建立一个由输入环节评估、形成性评估和输出环节评估相结合的外籍教师口语教学评估体系,有利于更好地激发外籍教师的工作热情,提高外籍教师的教学质量。

With the ever-growing number of foreign teachers,it is becoming urgent to set up Quality Evaluation System of Oral English taught by foreign teachers.The application of combination of input evaluation,progress evaluation and output evaluation of the quality evaluation system will promote not only the enthusiasm of foreign teachers,but also improve teaching quality.
