Implementing Flexible Education in Higher Vocational Education

知识经济时代技术老化周期和职业变换周期变得越来越短,要求准职业人具有较强的职业综合能力和岗位迁移能力。因此,高职教育应该用柔性教育来适应社会对人才的柔性需求。高职院校可以通过制订柔性教学计划,传授柔性教学内容,采取柔性教学管理来实现柔性教育。

As the knowledge economy era approaching quietly,the rapid progress of science and technology,the cycles of technology ageing and career change become shorter and shorter,the more stronger comprehensive ability and post migration ability are demanded for expectant employment persons.Therefore,the higher vocational education should adapt the flexible needs of society for talents with flexible education.The higher vocational colleges can realize flexible education by working-out the flexible teaching plan and imparting the flexible teaching content and adopting the flexible teaching management.
