城市化进程的加快,农村土地被大量占用,导致一个特殊群体——失地农民的出现。由于国家政策和制度的缺失,使其权益受到严重损害。解决失地农民问题,必须构建补偿、就业、社会保障"三位一体"保障体系。

With the acceleration of urbanization,and rural land-intensive lead to a special group—the emergence of landless farmers.Because of the lack of national policies and institutions,their rights are being seriously harmed.To solve the problem of landless farmers,we must build ＂Trinity＂ security system which consists of compensation,employment,social security.
