基层青年医护人员医学信息利用行为特点的调查分析

The Survey and Analysis of Characteristics of Primary Hospital Clinical Doctors and Nurses’ Behavior for Using Internet Medical Information

在偱证医学背景下,能够准确、快速、全面地获取需要的医学信息对医护人员的日常诊断护理和科研工作越来越重要。为了了解基层青年医护人员网络医学信息利用行为基本状况,选取广东省部分基层青年医护人员,对他们医学信息利用的基础条件、主动性、目的、使用频率、满意度和障碍因素等进行调查,并对医生和护士信息利用情况进行差异分析,以有针对性地对基层医护人员开展信息素养教育,提高基层医院医疗护理水平。

Under the background of Evidence-based Medicine, the clinical doctors and nurses＇ ability to fast, accurately and comprehensively access to needed medical information is important for their clinical works and research in the future . To understand the basic situation of how young clinical doctors and nurses in primary hospitals use interact medical information can lay the foundation and effectively provide help for carrying out information literacy education, and ultimately improve the health care quality in primary hospitals.
