With the nationwide implementation of 《 Code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works》（ GB50500 -2008 ）, the mode of the engineering quantity list valuation has found an increasingly wide utilization in the engineering construction, the mode of the engineering quantity list valuation is a way which match the market system , and it is also the inexorable trend for future developments. This article will discuss from the following three aspects ： the compilation for the bill of quantities, the engineering quantity list valuation and the application in JCC＇s engineering construction.
