摘要
本文从江铜质量管理体系的内部审核和外部审核的审核发现、质量方针和质量目标的现状、顾客满意度情况、经济技术指标完成情况四个方面进行调查、统计与分析,根据呈现的问题对江铜质量管理体系运行从三方面进行改进,这样既解决了江铜质量管理体系运行的有效性问题,也解决了"二张皮"问题。
From internal and external audit of JCC quality management system, and investigate, statistic, analyse on quality principle, current situation of quality target, customer＇s satisfaction and economic planning implement performing, based on current problems to improve JCC quality management system from 3 parts. This improvement solved operating efficiency problem of JCC quality management system and also solved the ＂two pieces of skin＂ problem at the same time.
