当前,从整体上看,黑龙江省审计工作开展的不够平衡,在认识上还不一致,服务意识上还有待于进一步提高。发挥审计监督作用,特别是在服务于全省高新科技产业开发区建设,促进高新区建设健康发展方面,应进一步明确审计工作的总体思路、工作目标和促进高新科技产业开发区建设的基本原则,突出高新科技产业开发区审计的重点内容,完善高新科技产业开发区审计工作的保证措施,从而为加快黑龙江省高新技术产业开发区的发展,充分发挥好审计的职能作用。

On the whole,the auditing work in Heilongjiang Province is unbalanced in development and inconsistent in recognition,and its servicing awareness needs improving further.In order to play auditing and supervising role,especially in servicing construction of Heilongjiang high-tech industrial development zone and promoting its healthy development,we should clarify the overall idea and target of auditing work,and play its auditing role by advancing the primary principle,key auditing content,and assurance measures of promoting high-tech industrial development zone,and quicken its development.
