摘要
食源性疾病是高校食品安全的主要问题,在校大学生食品安全意识的提高有助于防止校园食品安全事件发生。为此以秦皇岛市大学生作为研究对象,用SPSS 11.5统计软件包进行分析统计,探讨影响大学生食品安全意识及行为的因素,旨在为高校食品安全教育和宣传工作提供依据和参考。
Food borne diseases are the main issues of food safety in higher schools. College students＇ food safety awareness helps to prevent food safety, incidents on college campus. Therefore, college students serve as research subjects in city of Qinhuangdao, with spss11.5 statistical analysis package was used to explore the impact of food safety awareness and behavior of college students factors to food safety for higher education and publicity work to provide the basis and reference.
