磁共振血管成像在颅内小动脉瘤诊断中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 在颅内蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的致死原因中,颅内动脉瘤破裂约占所有脑血管疾病的1/4[1].动脉瘤破裂导致高致残率和致死率,因而早期诊断和治疗动脉瘤至关重要.颅内动脉瘤常发生于血管分叉处,特别是弯曲血管的凸侧,与血流的冲击有关,多见于Wills环的动脉分叉部,以囊状动脉瘤最多.
