摘要
任意曲线的数控加工往往采用插补原理进行。曲线插补计算依靠数控后处理软件自动计算,精度无法控制。文中提出曲线离散拟合方法,将原始加工曲线离散为直线、圆弧等可插补曲线,处理结果通过M atlab分析,符合设计要求后直接输出数控程序。提高了计算的效果和精度,加工过程也可以控制。
NC machining of arbitrary curves are often carried out using interpolation theory. Curve interpolation calculation on NC post - processing software automatically calculates the precision of control. In this paper, discrete curve fitting method, dispersion curve for the original processing of straight lines, arcs, etc. , interpolation curve, and the results analyzed by Matlab meet design requirements and directly export NC program. To improve the effectiveness and accuracy of the calculation, processing and process also can be controlled.
