摘要
从教育的本质出发,针对高等职业教育的特点,讨论如何构建实施技能、知识、素质三位一体的模具制造实训体系。依据职业岗位群与专业培养目标,将模具制造实训分为单项实训和综合实训。通过单项实训,使学生的基础操作技能得到有效强化;通过综合实训,使学生完全按企业模具生产流程进行生产,全面提高综合职业能力。通过模具制造实训实例阐述了实训的主体以及实训过程中老师的作用,揭示了实训的本质"做中学"。总结了模具制造实训实施中的得与失。
This article from the essence of higher vocational education, discuss how to Construction and carry out the skills, knowledge and quality trinity of mould manufacturing training system. According to professional post group and the target of profession fostering, the training can be divided into single training and comprehensive training.
