摘要 血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)增殖已成为目前心血管疾病研究领域里的热点,VSMC增殖、迁移及凋亡在冠状动脉粥样硬化(AS)、冠状动脉搭桥术、经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后血管再狭窄的发生和发展过程中起重要作用。本文作者对VSMC增殖及促增殖因素和机制进行综述。
