改扩建工程拼接路面受力分析及拼接方式 被引量:6

Pavement stress analysis and pavement-splicing mode in expressway widening project

摘要 路面拼接是高速公路改扩建必须要面对的问题,其拼接方式对路面结构的应力应变分布及稳定性有重大影响。依托实体工程,应用ABAQUS有限元软件,根据搭接宽度不同,建立4个有限元模型,分析不同搭接宽度的路面力学响应,并在变化荷载位置情况下,分析沥青层的拉应力、剪应力变化。研究结果表明:路面层进行搭接后与不进行搭接相比,层间最大拉应力、剪应力显著减小;设搭接时,最大拉应力随搭接宽度的增大而略微增大,其应力分布随搭接宽度的增大变得越来越均匀;最大剪应力随搭接宽度的增大而逐渐减小,至120cm以后变化不大;拼接模型存在3个最不利荷载位置,分别在顶层接缝左侧、右侧0~50cm区域及第2道拼接缝左侧0~50cm区域。 The pavement-splicing is a significant issue that must be resolved in expressway widening project. The pavement-splicing form plays a vital role on strain, stress distribution and stability of pavement structure. Relying on substantial projects, the pavement response for different step dimension was analyzed using finite element software ABAQUS. Then, through changing load position, the tensile stress and shear stress of asphalt layer was analyzed. Analysis result shows that: comparing with layer without lapping, the maximum tensile stress, shear stress are significantly reduced after setting lapping in pavement structure; when set overlapping, with step width increasing, the maximum tensile stress slightly increases and tensile stress distribution becomes more and more uniform; the maximum shear stress gradually decreases with step width increasings, get litter changing after step width reaching 120 cm; splicing model has three worst load position, and respectively on the left and right side of from 0 to 50 em regional of the top seam and left side of from 0 to 50 cm regional of the second seam. 2 tabs, 7 figs, 10 refs.
