摘要
用不同强度的静磁场作用于超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)溶液后,通过测定其活性表明,SOD的活力随磁感应强度和作用时间不同而波动性升高并最终趋于稳定. 200 m T磁场作用2 h,SOD对自氧化的抑制率(活力)增加17 % . 实验还首次发现SOD的磁效应具有一定的可逆性. 将邻苯三酚自氧化反应测定SOD活力的反应体系置于磁场中,则发现SOD对自氧的抑制率随磁感应强度不同而波动性降低,随温度升高则降低程度迅速加剧. 在Tris介质中降低44.6 % ,在PBS中则可完全失活.
The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) has been determined after exposing the enzyme solution to magnetic field(MF) with various intensity,the activity increases fluctuately with the ehangl of magnetization time and field intensity,and goes to steady in the end.Exposing the engyme solution to 200 mT MF for 2 hours the inhibition ratio of SOD inereases about 17 %,and the magnetic effect is reversible.The inhibition ratio of SOD decreases fluctuately with the change of field intensity and decreases accelerately at higher temperature.When exposing the system of the pyrogallol autoxidation to magnetic field,the activity of SOD decreases 44.6 % under the condition of 25 ℃ and 460 mT MF.
