摘要
为了解决"技术—环境悖论",即技术同时作为环境问题来源与解决手段的矛盾现象,通过分析技术的自然属性和社会属性,认为建立绿色技术系统,实现生态化技术创新,可有效解决这一悖论;最后,基于绿色技术系统观,在丹麦卡伦堡生态工业园运行模式的启发下,提出了多元主体协同共生的技术创新模式。
The paradox of "technology-environment" refers to the phenomenon that technology is both the source of environmental problems and the method to solve these problems. The author, after analyzing the natural attribute and the social attribute of technology, holds that the paradox can be solved by constructing a green technology system and realizing ecological technology innovation. In the end, based on the concept of green technology system, and inspired by the operation mode of the Eeo-Industrial Park of Kalundborg in Denmark, a technological innovation mode is proposed in which the multiple subjects can collaborate with each other.
